Nickel alloy 201 belongs to a commercially pure wrought nickel grade. The Nickel 201 Sheet is designed with a higher nickel content and can be alloyed with other alloys to give it enhanced properties. Nickel Alloy 201 Sheet showcases enhanced corrosion and oxidation resistance properties in harsh environmental conditions. These sheets are very ductile and portray an aesthetical outlook on the subsequent component. The Pure Nickel 201 Sheet has a melting point between 1435 to 1446 degrees C. These sheets are not preferred in applications where there is a requirement of stability. ASME SB 162 Nickel 201 Sheet is a feature in high temperature pressurized grade components. These sheets can be shaped in an array of sizes and shapes to meet different product requirements. The ASTM B162 Nickel 201 Sheet is anon-pressurized grade that is designed with excellent mechanical properties. These sheets have a minimum tensile strength of 403mpa with a minimum yield strength of 103mpa. The Alloy 2.4060 Sheet can be elongated by 50% in the system and possess a thickness below 6mm.

The Nickel 201 Plate is a high-strength module designed to provide support and stability to different materials across the system. The high-temperature ASME SB-160 Nickel 201 Plate is designed with a density of 8.89 g/cm3, having a thickness of above 6mm, that can be extended up to 100mm or more. BS 3072 Nickel 201 Shim Stock is a device that is used to fill spaces between different modules in the system. The shim stock provides stability and torsion to an array of components. The UNS N02201 coil can be coiled after the rolling process and later transported to different places efficiently. The coils can be processed and sheared into strips, foil, sheets, or plates. Ni 200 Foil is used to cover and insulate different components to provide them with protection against damage during transport and heat treatment procedures. The Ni 201 Strip, on the contrary, is used as filler material for different types of welding operations.
