Monel K500 is an age-hardenable nickel copper alloy. The Monel K500 Plate is designed to showcase superior resistance to corrosive and oxidative media across stress-induced setups. Designed in thickness above 6mm, these plates work to provide good support to different components in the system. The UNS N05500 Sheet is used to provide an aesthetical outlook to the grade. These sheets have good resistance to pitting and reducing acids. The Alloy K500 Sheet is produced in thicknesses below 6mm but above 0.5mm. These sheets are non-magnetic in nature and perform well in cryogenic temperatures up to 480 degrees C.

The Nickel Alloy k500 Shim Sheet is a high-strength grade that is used to fill gaps between the equipment and provide stability within the system. 2.4375 Monel K500 Shim Sheet is designed with excellent mechanical properties. These sheets are designed with an ultimate tensile strength of 140ksi with a yield strength of 100ksi. The Monel Alloy K500 Coil is wound or coiled after the rolling process. This allows the versatile grade to be efficiently transported from place to place. ASTM B127 UNS N05500 coil is a non-pressurized grade that can be readily sheared in different shapes and sizes followed by processing to give it desired properties. The DIN 2.4375 strip has good torsion and can be used in welding different components in the industry. The thinnest grade in this range is the Monel K500 Alloy Foil. Designed in a thickness below 0.2mm, these foils play a pivotal role in completely wrapping around components. The ASME SB127 Monel Alloy K500 foil protects different modules against damage during heat treatment or processing at high temperature setups.
